* Resolve the issue with handling inputs such as "1,3" (equal to "1, 3") in Python.
* colorbar in Python:
* Fix the colorbar placement so it aligns correctly with axes created by subplots in matplotlib.
* Enable positioning the colorbar at the bottom in a horizontal orientation.
* Ensure that `colorbartitle` behaves like MATLAB’s colorbar title. The previous `colorbartitle` is now moved to `colorbarYLabel`.
* Fix colormap retrieval for matplotlib versions 3.11 and above.
* `pairoptions` does not treat field names as lower/upper case, similar to MATLAB.
