initial IML-GlaDS commit

ajh24 at 7:20 AM 9/30/26

added matlab class for IML-GlaDS

ajh24 at 7:51 AM 9/30/26

fixed errant analysis check in matlab class

ajh24 at 7:53 AM 9/30/26

added python class for IML-GlaDS

ajh24 at 8:02 AM 9/30/26

CHG: fixed typo for GPU_HO

Mathieu Morlighem at 10:30 AM 9/30/26

NEW: added water flux calculation at the grounding line

Mathieu Morlighem at 10:43 AM 9/30/26

CHG: added babthymetry information to the par files

Mathieu Morlighem at 12:04 PM 9/30/26

NEW: new GlaDS test with grounding line transition, with test for HydrologyFlux

Mathieu Morlighem at 12:06 PM 9/30/26

CHG: bathymetry information is now in par file

Mathieu Morlighem at 12:07 PM 9/30/26

CHG: hydrology tolerances are now available! Instead of borrowing maxiter/restol/abstol/etc from md.stressbalance you can now use md.hydrology.

Mathieu Morlighem at 4:58 PM 9/30/26

CHG: relaxing tolerances

Mathieu Morlighem at 5:18 PM 9/30/26

CHG: renaming TotalHydrologyBasalFlux -> TotalHydrologyGroundinglineDischarge

Mathieu Morlighem at 5:48 PM 9/30/26

added necessary init fields

ajh24 at 12:15 AM 10/1/26

added hydrology tolerance params to IML-GlaDS and changed depth to height

ajh24 at 1:01 AM 10/1/26

added four argument overload to channels so initial discharge of IML-GlaDS poses no issue to GlaDS

ajh24 at 1:31 AM 10/1/26

made englacial void ratio an array for GlaDS

ajh24 at 4:28 AM 10/1/26

fixed compilation issues and typo on solver

ajh24 at 5:28 AM 10/1/26

changed NightlyRun evr to array

BUG: fixed casting that was making CoDiPack compilation crash

mathieu.morlighem at 4:50 AM 10/2/26

CHG: cannot include mpi.h by default

mathieu.morlighem at 5:29 AM 10/2/26

BUG: do not use MPI_IN_PLACE, it makes the compilation break when MPI is not supported

Mathieu Morlighem at 7:53 AM 10/2/26

CHG: display message when people use wrong names

mathieu.morlighem at 7:31 AM 10/5/26

CHG: Synchronized the Arrhenius function with Arrhenius.cpp. Now allows zero water fraction, and the pressure term is applied before the water fraction term.

inwoopark0415 at 11:18 PM 10/5/26

Rename test from SquareShelf to SemicTransect. Because this test script does not use any square shelf parameterziation.

noreply at 8:13 AM 10/6/26
